Enterprise / Data Licensing

Published pricing floors, not a quote request form

Most data vendors hide enterprise pricing — the research corpus behind this page found only an estimated 30% publish it at all. We publish ours: the floors below, and the coverage behind them. Our universe is HUD’s ~20,046 U.S. municipalities, measured authoritatively against TIGER geographies — published per-jurisdiction counts and freshness a buyer can check, not a claimed number nobody can inspect.

Three products, published floors

Everything above the floor is quoted from volume, geography, grain, and rights — not negotiated from vibes. Annual contract is the standard term.

Usage-rights riders

Market and National Licenses price on top of a base rate: the same records are worth different amounts under different rights. Riders stack on top of the license price; custom combinations are quoted on request.

What’s in the feed

Geocode and parcel data are internal infrastructure and are never licensed — the sold product is permits, contractors, and inspections.

Data grain

  • Permits — filings, status, valuation, and fee schedules
  • Contractors — cross-jurisdiction entities with verified phone and email
  • Inspections — schedule, results, and violation history
